Author and political analyst, Andre Harper, is the founder and president of The Knowledge Movement, LLC., focused on empowering communities to achieve the American Dream by defying oppressive political agendas. He is a former congressional aide and graduate of Florida A&M University. Harper is a decorated veteran of the United States Army and has been recognized by President George W. Bush, members of Congress, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. And several publications for his service to the community. He originates from West Palm Beach, FL, lived in Cincinnati, OH and now resides in Pennsylvania.
He served as the Sigma Beta Club Advisor (Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc youth auxiliary) and recently established the Gentlemen & Scholars Program where he spends time explaining the importance of black male leadership development while providing a positive example encouraging them to rise above negative stereotypes.
Andre Harper is the author of Political Emancipation: Observations of a Black Man Who Rejected Liberal Indoctrination. He is a weekly contributor for "The Dana Show" on KFTK 97.1 FM Talk in St. Louis and columnist for Andrew Breitbart's Big Journalism and Before It's News. He has appeared on FoxNews, The Washington Post, The Politico and numerous nationally syndicated and regional radio programs spreading the good news of conservatism.
Andre Harper was acknowledged as one of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s “40 Under 40” in 2005 and was named an “Emerging Leader” by Applause magazine in 2004. He is also in Who’s Who in Black Cincinnati (2005 & 2006. In February 2006, he was the featured Sigma on the International website.
Since childhood he has been inspired by the picture of the Africans in the slave ship crossing the middle passage. He said, “The best way for me to honor their sacrifice is to make the most of every chance that I get.”
